"Our oldest just graduated from MSU Denver and all of his friends (fellow KIPPsters) are professionals and recent graduates. It fills my heart with so much gratitude to see how KIPP elevated them to a whole other level from where we were at their age. I look forward to witnessing that with our youngest, who is in the 10th grade at KDC. KIPP will have a ripple effect for all of the first-generation students graduating college. Their siblings, cousins, extended family, and friends are able to witness their success and see higher ed is possible."

“By focusing on my goals, I was able to get accepted to the Air Force Academy where I now study system engineering in the aeronautical field. We hear the words “grit” and “perseverance” a lot. These words remind me of KIPP Colorado because we encourage each other to succeed. These words continue to influence me in my journey as I go through basic training and become an officer and to better prepare me for my future.”

"As an Alumna, the greatest gift KIPP has provided me with is a community. From the friends that have become my family to the Puentes Scholars that represent my hope, I am grateful for the sense of belonging. Those lasting friendships strengthen us to grow and advocate in support of one another."
